“ First time coming back since Carriage House days. Got the cheeseburger. Pretty good, not fancy, but good. Great steak fries. We were offered a complimentary cup of beef vegetable soup. Waitress was very nice and friendly. Clean place, decent prices, good food. Will be coming back. I recommend giving it a try ”

She was very friendly and helpful and kept our glasses refilled without us having to ask. That kind of service is a rarity today. We felt like we made new friends by the time we left. They have so many great choices on the menu. You can get breakfast all day! I had the pork tenderloin dinner with mashed potatoes, my husband had country fried steak with mashed potatoes and my sister-in-law had breakfast. The food is great with large portions and although a little on the higher side, you get what you pay for and this is tops in the local area. I can't say that I've ever had something I didn't like here so if your looking for a nice local spot for breakfast then this is your place. ”
“ The burger was delicious! The fries weren't my favorite, but they were ok. Everything would have been perfect with fresh cut fries and made in-house ranch. But, the 5 stars definitely come from the service. Our waitress was super attentive and friendly, and all the waitresses sang my son Happy Birthday. “ Took a chance, and ate at the Farm house Cafe on North Glenstone. Cheese sticks with what tasted like homemade batter was really good. I loved the big portions, which made me feel like we was getting our money's worth. Country fried steak was huge. The only thing I would suggest is adding a little more seasoning on/in breading. My rating 9.5 out of 10 due to breading not having much flavor. Otherwise, everything was really good. ”
